Return Policy

In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed, or soiled.

If you have to return anything from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned.

There will not be any partial returns accepted for this.

Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.

To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to masks, boxers, shorts, sweat-activated t-shirts, and socks.

Jtee Sports Shop may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.

HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?

Pickup of the product will be done within 4-5 business days of you raising a return request.

(Note - Keep the product ready in its original packaging)

Refund will be initiated within 24 hrs from when the product has been picked up/dropped at the store.

You should get an email confirmation that the refund is initiated.

Within 7-10 business days from the date of "initiating a refund, you should receive a refund" via the initial method of payment used to place the order.

You can return your items within 07 days of receipt of your shipment.
